Each of our trainers are committed to the needs of the individuals they works with by either training through their home gym, in the client's home or at the office.

Phil Watkins
Personal Trainer


Phil has been a life long sports and fitness enthusiast; he became a certified personal trainer 5 years ago in an effort to better understand how to properly increase his fitness level.  He spent time as a Personal Trainer for a local health club and has continually worked to increase his knowledge of fitness with continuing education classes in the Fundamentals of Movement, Resistance Training, Optimized Performance Training for Golf.   However, his primary passion is to help lead, motivate and educate individuals in improving their overall health and wellness for a lifetime of benefits.

Emily Collins

The History

A passion for fitness instruction began early in life for Emily.  She taught her first fitness class in high school, from there, Emily was hired as the Studio Manager of a new studio in the 1990's.  There she was encouraged to expand her creativity through group fitness and working with people one on one.


Emily has felt led to encourage people through fitness training.  She trained in a variety of places including gyms, but felt focus was not always on the client.  Her dream was to be able to train people the way it should be -- truly client focused based on their needs, goals and level of fitness.

Emily has been certified and is qualified to teach in the following areas:

Personal Training
Endurance Fitness Training
Group fitness including aerobics, circuit, weightlifting, yoga, pilates



 

Mendy Williams
Yoga Instructor



Mendy had been practicing yoga intermittently for approximately 20 years, but it wasn't until she was diagnosed with celiac disease that she made a commitment to regular practice.  Immediately she recognized it as the missing link needed to restore her body back to wholeness.

Obtaining her 200 hour YTT at Cityoga in Indianapolis, Mendy is dedicated to assisting others finding their own way back to a balanced state of being.

Angie Conway
Group Fitness Instructor
 

Angie has been married for 13 years and has 2 daughters, 6 & 9. She played women's professional football for 5 years and grew up playing softball and basketball.

After struggling for many year's with weight, Angie started a fitness ministry at her church, Greenwood Christian Church in Greenwood, IN. This ministry has been successful and growing for over 4 years.

Angie understands and wants to help others obtain a healthy weight.

She is a certified group fitness instructor and is currently working on her personal trainer certification and is pursuing her degree in Health and Wellness degree.

Laurel Horne
Personal Trainer

Laurel is currently a Certified Fitness Trainer based in the Fishers/Carmel area in Indiana.  A Personal Trainer since 2007, she's also a Fitness Nutrition Coach. 

Laruel became a personal trainer to help people live stronger, longer, and health lives.  She will teach and motivate you about fitness, nutrition and making small lifestyle changes.  She'll help you reach your health & fitness goals no matter how big or small.  No time to go to the gym?  She'll come to your home or office. 

Laruel will help you improve strength, posture, flexibility and balance; help you lose weight and/or gain muscle.

Her hobbies include Middle Eastern Dancing and bodybuilding.
