Each of our trainers are committed to the needs of the individuals they works with by either training through their home gym, in the client's home or at the office. 



OnTrack Fitness trainers are special because:

The History

A passion for fitness instruction began early in life for Emily.  She taught her first fitness class in high school, from there, Emily was hired as the Studio Manager of a new studio in the 1990's.  There she was encouraged to expand her creativity through group fitness and working with people one on one.


Emily has felt led to encourage people through fitness training.  She trained in a variety of places including gyms, but felt focus was not always on the client.  Her dream was to be able to train people the way it should be -- truly client focused based on their needs, goals and level of fitness.



Emily has been certified and is qualified to teach in the following areas:

Personal Training

Group fitness including aerobics, circuit, weightlifting, yoga, pilates



The Last Word

What's most important to Emily is that the people she works with achieve their fitness goals and learn to the skills they need stay fit & healthy for life.  She believes that it is a trainer's duty to inform, encourage and hold each person accountable but to also direct them in a way that they will eventually be self sufficient in their workouts. 


Emily also believes that it's not just about being fit, but more about a wellness lifestyle and healthy mindset that is going to really make the difference in peoples lives.


She has expanded her offerings from strictly one on one training to workplace fitness classes and training with a friend.


Mendy Williams

Yoga Instructor

Mendy had been practicing yoga intermittently for approximately 20 years, but it wasn't until she was diagnosed with celiac disease that she made a commitment to regular practice.  Immediately she recognized it as the missing link needed to restore her body back to wholeness.

  Obtaining her 200 hour YTT at Cityoga in Indianapolis, Mendy is dedicated to assisting others finding their own way back to a balanced state of being.
