PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAMS:

1.  One on One Training:
Whatever your fitness goal may be, OnTrack Fitness designs an individualized program to achieve those goals and get you in great shape.
 

Choose from 30 minute sessions
Or
60 minute sessions


Programs start at: 

4 - 60 minute sessions $160
4 - 30 minute sessions $80





2. Workout with a friend:

Share your workout time with a friend.  This is a great way to add accountability and share cost.







Corporate Programs:

1.  Employee Wellness Program:

Wellness programs are a great way to save money on insurance, boost employee morale and reduce short term sick leave - by up to 32%!  This is an affordable way of keeping your employees happy healthy and loyal, which in turn leads to higher productivity.





2.  Employee Fitness

If you would like add fitness classes to complement your existing wellness program, or even if you don't have a wellness program, we'll come in and teach group fitness to your employees.
