"The fitness classes make sure you work all the major muscle groups.  I especially like the format of circuits that mix it up and make it fun!

Attending a fitness class makes sure you will get a good workout, and not have to think of what to do on your own!

The instructors are very knowledgeable. They make sure you are using the correct technique to maximize the benefit and minimize injury."

Who is this program for:
This is a free service to everyone who has their insurance through the Clark Pleasant School Corporation.  For those that don’t take the insurance, there’s a small fee of $2.00 per class (fitness class and wellness education class).

Everyone is encouraged to participate in this program – remember, this is much more than group fitness classes!

Why participate:
Your wellness program is designed to challenge you to make healthy choices and to guide you to a healthy and fit lifestyle change.  The corporation has made this available to you because they know the value in a healthy employee – and they want you to be the healthiest and happiest employee you can be!

This is part of your insurance benefits – take advantage of it.
Even if you’re not on the insurance plan, you may still participate!  All classes are $2.00, every other service is either free or at the same rate as everyone else.   OnTrack Fitness is committed to helping you become more educated about fitness, nutrition and stress relief.  Your program is not just group fitness classes; it is much more than that!

How to get started:

1.  Make yourself familiar to what’s available.

Everything is listed below, plus each school has a volunteer ‘go to’ information person there for you to answer any questions.

2.  Read the flyers, newsletter and fill out surveys provided to you in your inbox and email.
This is where you’ll get all information about periodic classes such as biweekly wellness education classes and at-work massages.  This is also the way we gather information from you to find out interests, best times for classes, etc.

3.  You are welcome to participate in any of the fitness classes at any time, or any service at any time.
If you’re new to the program and would like to try a fitness class, all we need you to do is fill out the liability form (provided to you on your corporate site or in class) and bring it to your first class.  For other classes or services, we will send emails & flyers for you to sign up for.  Feel free to come to any or all events!

Services provided for you

1.    E – newsletters/flyers in your inbox at work
2.    At work massage therapy
3.    Group fitness classes
4.    Fitness assessments
5.    Wellness educational classes
6.    Ongoing Surveys
This is how we gather important information about your needs, how to best meet everyone’s needs, and what ‘stage’ of physical activity you’re at.  Many of the wellness program classes and services are surveyed to determine the best times for employees to participate.
7.    Periodic contests (including a weight loss contest)

*Each school now has a representative to act as your ‘go to’ person for information about upcoming events.
