Individual Yoga Sessions
60 minutes $150 for 4 sessions
These yoga sessions are geared as "sports yoga" meaning, we focus on getting into a pose (or stretch) & holding it for several breaths to allow muscles time to relax. We also focus on the mind-body connection, listening to the body while we work into each pose.
Geared for the beginner yogi and inflexible athletes & taught by sports yoga instructor Emily Collins. We help inflexible, tight athletes do yoga!
