From sprint to half Ironman distance triathlon and 5k's up to marathons, we'll get you ready for your event using the latest scientific based training.  Effecient, effective training, not over training we individualize your program so you're in the best shape you can be to cross the finish line. You'll get the best coaching with our certified endurance and triathlon coach.  Coach Emily is certified by IRONMAN U & ITCA for triathlon.


Every individual has different races, goals, fitness levels and needs based on lifestyle. Programming is individualized depending on length of time and number of sessions needed to reach your goal.  While most people need a minimum of 12 sessions, we can customize any package for you.

You can also get a pre written train planned based on your goal, written by coach Emily Collins. This is a good option if you want to have a specific written plan to guide you smartly through to your race goal but because of your schedule or location you aren't able to meet. This is also a fantastic option for people who are new to training for an event and want to ease into coaching.
