When I started working out with Emily I just wanted to lose my baby weight. Today, I'm in the best shape I have been since high school! But I don't work out anymore just to see a lower number on the scale. I do it because it's time for me. I like the way it makes me feel about myself, inside and out. Now I look forward to workouts instead of dreading them!

I can’t say enough good things about this class! I signed up because I know the importance of resistance training but always associated weights and the gym with misery, and Emily has already taught me to love so many things I thought I hated. She includes a variety of resistance like weights, bands, TRX and body weight; she talks about different kinds of goals and how to adjust your routine to meet them; and she teaches about how the muscles move and work together so you understand how to change things up and keep it interesting. Now I have a gym membership, already am feeling stronger and healthier, and can do what I need to do in under an hour so it’s enjoyable. OnTrack is the best, you won’t regret it!
Emily works wonders with beginners. Her kind nature and willingness to be next to you every step of the way really helps motivate..

I'm still in awe--I completed my first Biathlon! Never in a million years did I think I would learn to swim in open waters, but now I can do 1,000 meters! I've crossed this off my bucket list and am looking forward to triathlon training with OnTrack Fitness!
